Experience, interpretation, debate and implementation - these are the four dimensions that make up our learning model, developed over years of discussion with hundreds of public managers. YourSELF (Self Empowerment Leadership Program) is the customized public leadership skill-building course that we provide to meet your specific training needs, starting with an individual assessment and ending with a coaching course.

During the Master program, you will carry out project work and a concrete executive innovation project, identified on the basis of the needs of your home institution (or company) and the strategic challenges that it faces. The project is developed with the support of a faculty member who will individually follow you and your institution through the process of planning, implementing and evaluating the project.

#SFIDE is a series of webinars dedicated to Alumni and professionals who work for and with the Public Administration, aimed at discussing current and future challenges and exploring possible tools to address them.

The module is designed to offer participants a different perspective from Italian public administration, develop comparative public management skills and learn from the concrete application in complex, multi-level governance contexts of the tools and approaches seen in the EMMAP course. It provides a mix of traditional lectures, testimonials and face-to-face time with practitioners and public managers from international institutions, agencies and organizations at one or more European cities.

 Action Learning Projects (ALPro) are an integral part of EMMAP's curricular activities. Working at institutions or private companies other than your own on case studies selected by the Master coordinator and in groups with other participants, you will be able to:

• deal with a problematic situation,
• identify possible future scenarios for action,
• propose a solution or several intervention alternatives.

The activity is carried out with the tutorship of a Bocconi Professor who proposes the project theme in close contact with the host institution's contact persons.

EMMAP offers you a unique opportunity: to carry out a managerial change project within your organization, supported by a Faculty member who will guide you throughout the implementation period. The project may involve the participation of your colleagues, collaborators, and internal stakeholders.

YourSELF (Self Empowerment Leadership Focus) is a leadership development program tailored to your specific needs.

Leadership can be learned and trained. It involves personal and professional skills that can be developed starting from an awareness of one’s strengths and weaknesses. It grows through reflection on the relationship between initial intentions, actual behaviors, and the impacts generated.
